9 Hours Of Sleep

Sleep is the backbone of a human being's life. It's as important as clear air to breathe! The average adult requires 8 hours of sleep, while teenagers usually need an hour more, and children need more than 9 hours of sleep each day.

Shockingly, the American Cancer Association discovered that the number of cancer cases were higher among those people who had less than 8 hours sleep each night.

I love sleeping! It's a refreshing activity that makes me feel rested, relaxed and completely energized by the following morning. I need my 9 hours of sleep almost as much as I need ample Oxygen inside my home to breathe.

Sleep is really backbone of our life.It rejuvenates us after a good sleep.From July I was facing problem with sleep because of health issues but compensating it with days sleep. Even heart attacks are more with people with less than 8 hours of sleep .

Thank you Sir for your constant stress on 9 hours of sleep. Sleep do rejuvenates all our cells of our body & gives a energetic day to live with. Nature has been so designed, 12 hours day & 12 hours night....the proportion varies as to the varied weather zones....I do agree that nine hours of sleeps gives the best tomorrow. We will try to keep up with it. Thank you Sir.

This is something i need to work on. I have the habit of getting up early but somehow i am not able to sleep early. I feel tired and not as fresh i should be when i get up. I hope this post motivates me to sleep early today.
