Crazy Anger


The crazy thing about anger is that almost anyone is capable of doing something really stupid when they are very angry thus causing grave damage to the recipient of their anger.

There is also the fact that your reputation and the relationship between you and the person (or people) that you show your anger in front of (or on) will be greatly damaged as well.

Don't wait for such things to surface when you least expect it. Instead make sure you prevent such wild bouts of anger by meditating on a daily basis. All you need to do is sit in silence and solitude for 10 minutes or so.

You can close your eyes and listen to the sounds of your breathing or turn on some soft music to listen to while you simply relax on your couch or bed.

True Sir, anger is a silent killer of oneself. Even this killer can drop the weapons down when taken to meditation. A focused energy will calm down the turbulent storm of inside.

Prevention is always better than cure. So it makes sense to start working on our anger before we do something stupid in the fit of anger and cause irreparable damage. Meditation is an excellent way to manage anger by calming us and helping us to get in touch with our emotion.

Anger always make one lose his sense. Anger is a two-sided sword that will create harm for the one who is using it and the other person. As you suggested, meditate regularly can arrest the sudden rush of blood, to calm our senses and take everything easy, come what may. Our presence of mind is very important.
