Develop Your Brain

Views

Develop your brain. Both sides of it. One at a time. For example, if you want to start developing and using your left brain then you must stop breathing from the left nostril for a few minutes and only breathe in and out from the right one. Similarly, if you want to develop your right brain then simply focus on breathing through the left nostril while blocking the right one.

Do these breathing exercises for 10 minutes at a time and around 2 to 4 times each day. Please make sure you are comfortable while doing this. Consult your family doctor first before you start doing these breathing exercises. I find this deep breathing exercise quite easy to do and effective as well.

I do normal breathing exercises. My yoga master said, left nostril is Moon based & right nostril is Sun. For health & happiness, one should integrate & harmonize both nostrils breathing.

I have also learnt about the breathing exercises from yoga master. But never knew that it helps the opposite sides of the brain to work.

Thanks for this good information Sir. Shall start practicing this daily.

Breathing exercises in the morning hours after we wake up is good and gives a lot of oxygen intake to the lungs as well. We have to hold the break for 5 seconds when we breath in.
