A simple and free activity that makes us happy is to let our hair down, put our feet up and do nothing. Relaxation has many forms. The uppermost one amongst them is to simply chill and do nothing in the now.

One of my all-time favorite activities is to relax next to my open bedroom window before the sun sets. It's that beautiful time of the day when everything is still and colorful. The skies are painted in oranges, pinks, reds, and yellows.

The passersby on the village road dotting my home often whistle and hum along to the tunes of their radio while they return home from work. The faint sounds of the waves roaring at the distant beach and the frequent laughter of kids playing in the neighboring building is delightful.

Sipping on my cup of fine Darjeeling Tea while munching on a freshly baked cookie makes the moment a bit more worthwhile. The soulful company of my loving wife and kid turns things into a period of divine blissfulness.

Right Sir, 'doing nothing' is the best way to relax ourselves. I have experienced it many times. My divine blissfulness is my morning time....around 5am to 6:30am.....Waking up with simple prayer, doing meditation, reading something positive, just being with nothingness....these all takes me to the state of divine blissfulness. My best time of the day.

Sir, I would like to add one more point to your simple relaxing time.
It is of pedicure. When we relax our feet, it is so much of smoothing. Nowadays, going out for a pedicure is expensive. We have to spend around Rs.400 or Rs.500.
But, whoever feels it is expensive, can have their own pedicure. Just dip the feet into a broad tub of warm water, while you relax in the easy chair. Then apply little scented oil and gentle massage will help more relaxed.
When we come home from a hot sun, it should be the other way round. Leave a half litre pepsi bootle, with 250 ml water in the freezer. Once, we come home after washing our legs, we sit in the easy chair with the iced bottle from freezer under our feet and move it on the floor with feet on top of it, we feel chilled and our soles really relax.
