There are various ways to relax. Inside this post, I reveal a blockbuster way to relax inside your home. All it requires is a few minutes of your time to do this ultra soothing relaxation technique.
This technique starts with being in comfortable clothes, then switching on the fan atop your bed, then it is about laying down on the soft inviting bed, then closing one's eyes and dreaming about a beautiful place such as a secluded beach in Goa or a scenic hill station in the North East of our great country.
You could add in a bit of spice to the mix by switching on your rechargeable speakers and listening to some soft classical or New Age music to help transport you to the tea plantations of Munnar or the pristine clean sandy beaches of Southern India.
You do this relaxation routine three times a day for a minimum of 20 minutes at a time and I promise you that you will be a lot more relaxed and at ease than what you might be right now.
