New Angers

There are two kinds of angers - old and new. I shall focus on new angers in this post, new angers are new situations, people or things that make you angry.

Usually new angers don't lead to dangerous crimes or violent behavior because it's a new anger.

The best way to deal with any kind of anger is to let it out as it happens. Sometimes letting it out is the best thing to do.

If you are unable to let our your anger easily then other methods such as meditation, recreational activities, playing sports, counseling, talking with friends, etc. can help.

Sir i let out my anger immediately and don't prefer carrying out .But i feel this as my weakness .I can't carry my anger for long ,i express and forget .There are many people around who hold their anger and develop all negative thoughts.

Anger, the root cause for all problems of life. Anger occurs when something is not aligning to our self. But when we let go this notion, sure we can avoid anger. Anger with awareness will enable us to stay within the line of safer zone.

I always remind myself that no one can make me angry. The only person who can make me angry is myself. What i am telling myself is causing the anger. I become aware of the emotion, acknowledge it and let it go.Meditation helps me a lot in dealing with my anger.
