Skipping Breakfast because your in a big hurry to get somewhere is a definite sign of being stressed and hurried. The problem is that stress cannot be measured accurately nor seen that easily on anyone so we often think that we are not stressed out when actually we might be.

Never skip Breakfast or Lunch on any day of the week. Both are important meals required by the body to function properly and well. Being stressed out, feeling hurried, and work tensions add up quickly and soon we find ourselves with emotional or physical problems because of these 3 factors.

It's not too late to change things. And today would be the best time to make little changes in your schedule. If not today, then tomorrow would be cool too. But no later!

Sure sir, we will follow .I keep telling the same to my husband and my daughter not to skip.We never skipped meals from childhood ,my parents never let us do.Lunch was always difficult in school days ,to complete the box but fear of my mother made me to complete.She never beat us but we had the fear.

Even I have skipped breakfast for many years when I joined to work in my office. I never knew its importance. But later, I have read in many articles that break fast is a must that everyone should take.

Preferably take some orange juice, papaya fruits before the breakfast. Then, you can take a few pieces of sandwitch or iddlis or anyother food which is easy for you to eat in the mornings.

There is a saying that Eat like a King in the morning, like a prince in the afternoon and like a beggar in the night.

This means, that our breakfast must be rich with all sources of energy. Then our lunch plate, should be 50% with vegetables and salads. The remaining 25% with some meat or Protein diet. Balance 25% may be chapathi or rice. Brown rice is still good than white rice.

Our night meal must be very simple. Even we can take a glass of juice with one chappati and curry.

Breakfast is "break" the fast of long 12 hours. The very word explains its importance. We need to eat breakfast like a King. Are we? really doing it. Just for the sake of eating we put in our stomach something. 'Better late than never', let us take a handful of nuts/a vegetable salad/eggs together with a good breakfast.

Time gap between last night's dinner and breakfast is at least 10 hours. Hence breakfast is the most important meal of the day to give us energy to get going for the day. Because of this gap, our body quickly uses up this fuel also. Hence a decent lunch in the next 4 hours or so becomes important too.
My yoga sir says that we should wind down everyday as per the Sun. Dinner should be had before 7 pm or at sun set.
