No Skipping Breakfast
Skipping Breakfast because your in a big hurry to get somewhere is a definite sign of being stressed and hurried. The problem is that stress cannot be measured accurately nor seen that easily on anyone so we often think that we are not stressed out when actually we might be.
Never skip Breakfast or Lunch on any day of the week. Both are important meals required by the body to function properly and well. Being stressed out, feeling hurried, and work tensions add up quickly and soon we find ourselves with emotional or physical problems because of these 3 factors.
It's not too late to change things. And today would be the best time to make little changes in your schedule. If not today, then tomorrow would be cool too. But no later!
