The most common issue that I am seeing my clients from all around the world face is lack of sleep or improper sleeping patterns. It's like everyone that I know is suffering from a certain degree of Insomnia, if I can call it that. Let's face it, you probably have a good clue about what I'm talking about, most probably you know a few people who have trouble sleeping at night. And therefore, inside Osovo, I have included several of the tips that I personally follow and use to enjoy a restful and peaceful sleep every night.
One of the little things that helps me get better sleep is to have completed all that I wanted to do during the day. You see, our subconscious mind is programmed in a funny way, when we go to sleep without the satisfaction of having completed our work for the day then our subconscious might keep us awake longer because it is still trying to make you complete those incomplete tasks.
That's why, it's important to run through your day's schedule and cross out all the things that you needed to do. If anything is incomplete on that list then simply shift it to another day so that your subconscious knows that it's time to sleep since there's nothing more to be done on that day.
