Vacations in the forests, mountains, beaches or other similar scenic destinations will usually help you overcome your emotional pains within a short period of time. The healing process takes time and can usually be done faster with the help of others who care about you or by spending time in Mother Nature.
If you are unable to share your burdens with those close to you then consider meditating every single day since there is no other remedy for such issues than simply meditating in silence and solitude.
Importantly, it's good to engage in some activity that has immense health benefits. Your emotional, spiritual, and mental well being are largely dependent on your current mood. If you are happy and relaxed right now then your entire day will probably be the same.
