Flourish Prabhu Milan Incense Sticks Review

We love the sweet scent of this brand. It seems to have a rich aroma of fruits and flowers.

Potency = 8 / 10

The fragrance spreads to different corners of the room in no time. This is a potent incense stick and just one is needed to make its presence felt inside our home.

Scent Effect = 7 / 10

While the fragrance is pretty good, the effects on mind and soul are not as high as expected from such a wonderfully rich smell. We did feel a bit more calmer and relaxed but did not notice any other significant difference in ourselves due to burning this incense stick.

Longevity = 7 / 10

The fragrance does not seem to linger for too long after it has burned out. The only way we realize that we just burned one stick of Prabhu Milan is when we leave the room and enter it again after just a couple of minutes.

Burn Time = 9 / 10

Each stick of Prabhu Milan burns for 45 minutes or more. This is a pretty long time. It could easily burn for 50 to 60 minutes if the ceiling fan isn't switched on in the center of our living room.

Quality = 8 / 10

The stick quality and the materials used appear to be of a high quality. It seems to be all natural and there does not appear to be any compromise made while manufacturing it.

Visual Appeal = 6 / 10

Unfortunately, the Prabhu Milan incense stick does not stand out at all. But we are still giving it a rating of 6 points as the soothing combination of white smoke with a darker colored stick does make it a little more appealing than many other brands we have used in the past.

Gift Worthy = 7 / 10

This would make a perfect gift for someone who is highly spiritual in nature and loves to pray a lot.

Packaging = 8 / 10

The incense sticks come in the standard packaging of paper bag surrounded by the outer box or orange, brown, white and gold that you see in the picture we took of it. Nothing spectacular really but we believe it serves the purpose of ensuring it appears soft, gentle and soothing, suitable for worship and prayers.

Value For Money = 9 / 10

For the quality, scent and longevity, the price of 100 grams of Prabhu Milan incense sticks is pretty awesome. There are 36 to 40 sticks per box of 50 grams, total of 72 to 80 incense sticks in both boxes we purchased. It will be difficult to find a high quality brand offering so many sticks in just Rs.110.

Health Risk = Low

There should not be much of a health risk in burning these incense sticks. The same 'common sense' rules apply while burning incense here too.

All of us at home like the Prabhu Milan incense sticks. We usually burn one every three days. Considering we burn 12 to 15 sticks of different brands a day, it is indeed something great when we choose one to burn at least once in 3 days. Better packaging, stronger fragrance that lingers and a more earthy aroma in future Prabhu Milan sticks would definitely enhance the user experience a lot.
